991da65af0 Vendor TextDrawable and TrustedIntents 
These were the only two libraries we were still getting from JCenter,

60c72d48ee Switch to AboutLibraries for the third-party license list 
The previous library we were using is unmaintained and can't be
customized to match the Material 3 theme.
