Added Bengali spacing and punctuations

Browse source 
Enables the ability to add an auto-space after the Bengali Dari (DEVANAGARI DANDA) & Double Dari (DEVANAGARI DOUBLE DANDA). Added Devanagari Danda and Double Danda as word and sentence separators.
