bb2716f640 Prevent a crash on rotation while a ProgressDialogTask is still running 
This patch ensures ProgressDialogs are dismissed when the ON_PAUSE event is fired.

d43e5e04c7 Prevent a crash caused by adding the same entry to the vault twice 
This could happen in rare cases where writing the vault to disk failed.

ce3d674da8 Disable UI tests on Travis CI 
Unfortunately, the UI tests are just too unstable, so this patch excludes them
from being run on Travis. The tests run fine on our personal machines, but
produce seemingly random errors on Travis CI.

0e78fd9652 Replace AppIntro with a new custom intro 
This removes the dependency on AppIntro and replaces it with our own custom
intro implementation, backed by ViewPager2. We're doing this because we want a
more reliable and customizable onboarding for Aegis.

I've kept the design mostly the same as it was before, but tried to achieve a
bit of a cleaner look:
